Week of 2/12-2/17 (Indoor Competition Week #1)

Hi All,

 

Thank you to those individuals that have signed up to participate and/or donate for our KIDA competition. Your volunteerism and donations are greatly appreciated. Please check out the following sign up as we have a jobs for everyone on March 17th and much that still needs to be donated. Indoor Color Guard and Percussion Fees are now past due. Please let me know if you need a balance. Spring Ensemble Fees of $100 are due on Feb 21st please send in as a check /cash or you can use our online payment system.

The Week:

Mon 2/12- Spring Musical Meeting- Auditorium 7:00pm

                                * All interested in auditioning for the cast please attend

Tues 2/13-  Jazz Band A 6:00am-7:15am

                     Jazz  Band B 3:30-4:30pm

                     Indoor Percussion/ Guard 5:30-8:30pm

Wed 2/14- Middle School Honor Ensembles

                    5:00pm-6:30pm

Thurs 2/15- After School Concert Band Rehearsal- For all Winds and Percussion 2:30-4:00pm

                      5:30-8:30pm- Indoor Percussion/ Guard Rehearsal

Fri 2/16- No Activities

8:40pm Indoor Guard Performance

10:00pm Guard Awards

12:15pm Return THS

 

As we begin the Indoor Competition season we are in need of chaperones for both groups and extra hands especially for percussion. Please use the sign up genius to sign up for chaperoning. Please get in contact if you would like to help the percussion section. I will relay this information to Mr. Fowle at BHS.
