There will be a special THSIMB meeting held on Monday, March 31 at 7 pm in the band room.  We’re looking for everyone to attend so he/she can have input into next years’ fundraising plans.

At this meeting we will be discussing the possibility of THSIMB participating in fundraising with the Frederick Keys for the next year.  At the meeting, Debbie Streeton, Ovations Food Services Office Manager, will make a presentation and answer questions.  Following this, there will be a member discussion and a member vote on whether or not to pursue this avenue of fundraising.  

Attached are a few quick pieces of information.  If at all possible, please read through this quick information prior to the meeting so that the meeting can move along smoothly.
