All participants must attend with one parent or legal guardian present! This is with accordance to FCPS Policy for overnight trips.

We have much to cover in this meeting and will try to do so in a timely manner. Please be on time, if not early so we can start as soon as possible. Every Student/ Parent will sign in and receive a packet when you walk in the door that will have many important items and forms pertaining to the trip. You packet will contain bag tags which are very important and will need to be put somewhere safe until it is time to go to the airport.

Below is information for the My Disney Experience app. The app has a lot of useful information, will help everyone keep track of necessary information, and we would like anyone going on the trip (parent/students) to download this app in advance of the meeting. Also, we'll be using Remind 101 text messaging as a primary form of full group communication. Please be sure to sign up for our group's text messages by signing up (see below instructions).
